RETURNS POLICY
All our products are printed on-demand when an order is received. As a result, we can only accept returns on products which are damaged, defective or in some way fail to fulfil the order promised.
Production Issues
Misprinted, Damage or Defective items
Any items with production/quality issues must be returned within 21 days after the product has been received. Once verified, claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense. For info on how to return an order, please read our guide to returning an order.
Wrong Item / Size received
If you receive an item that isn’t what you ordered, or the size is not what you specified, please return the item within 21 days after the product was received. Delivery Issues
Order not Received
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Once verified, claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address
If you provide an invalid address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the order will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment (if and as applicable). If reshipment isn’t arranged after 30 days, unclaimed returns get donated to charity.
How to make a return
Before retuning any item(s) please read our returns policy. Items should be returned unworn, in original packaging, within 21 days of receipt.
